Terms and conditions
Guests may check in any time after 2pm on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to vacate the room by 10.30am on the day of departure.
A deposit of £10 per person per night is required and is non refundable.
The Bays accepts payments byCash, Cheque or Card (a small handling fee may apply).
There is a no smoking policy in the house; but guests are welcome to smoke in the dedicated smoking areas.
