Mid-Week Well-Being Breaks
We would be delighted to organise a break for groups (minimum of 6), this would include all meals including lunch, therapies of your choice and workshops. Slippers and gowns are available with plenty of time to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet offered by The Bays.
Costs only £265 per person for a two night stay – based on 2 sharing the king, twin and double rooms, single supplement applies @ £20 a night, or choose a one night stay for only £195.

Sam has been a registered therapist since 1989 and she has collected an impressive portfolio from her clients. Having worked within two exclusive Award winning Spas in the UK, Sam has gained a high level of experience and The Bays is privileged to be working with her. Sam can offer a wonderful range of holistic treatments in our very own studio and is flexible with appointments
Sam is a member of the ITECIPTI and Reiki Association and has full professional indemnity.

Tranquil Mediations – 1 hour 30 minutes £55
A glorious treatment. A soothing aromatic massage including a blissful scalp massage and a facial pressure point massage.
Detox Maxi-2 hours £60
Full body lymphatic stimulation massage, followed by a specially designed reflexology treatment which concentrates on lymphatic drainage, thyroid and digestive balancing. Prepare to eliminate those toxins!
Perfect Harmony – 2 hours £65
An intense hot stone massage is then followed by a blissful scalp and facial pressure point massage.
The Ultimate De-Stress – 2 hours 30 mins £75

Hot Stone
Intense massage with warmed river-bed stones and warm essential oils. A very soothing yet stimulating massage which improves circulation, lymphatic drainage and eases tired muscles.
Lymphatic stimulation
Focusing on the main lymphatic drainage points around the body, this invigorating massage and dry body brushing aids detoxing and improves sluggish circulation.

A gentle soothing massage with a choice of essential oils
Swedish
This traditional massage is applied with organic base oil to help nourish your skin. Eases muscular tension and aids circulation
Tibetan
Heaven! Wonderful rhythmic massage with specially blended oils. This is accompanied by meditative Tibetan chant music to help take you to a deeper level of relaxation. Relaxes the mind and energises the body.
Oriental Herbal
A beautiful massage to help create calm and contentment within yourself. Massage with uplifting oils includes stretching movements to the limb and focus breathing which enhances harmony to body and spirit.
Thermo-Auricular Therapy
(Hopi Ear Candles) This is a gentle and non-invasive treatment, excellent for helping headaches, migraine, sinusitis, excessive ear wax and other congestive conditions. Treatment concludes with a gentle head and face massage.
