Bed and Breakfast per person per night

Evening meals are £22.50 per person for a 3 course meal, including coffee and mints.

Terms and conditions

• Guests may check in any time after 2pm on the day of arrival (or earlier, by prior arrangement).
• Guests are asked to vacate the room by 10.30am on the day of departure.
• A deposit of £10 per person per night is required and is non refundable.
• In the event of a cancellation and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full.  If we succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance.
• We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.  We will however make every attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, if this were not possible or unacceptable to you, we will refund all monies paid by you.  Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
• The Bays accepts payments by Cash, Cheque or Card (a small handling fee may apply).
• There is a no smoking policy in the house; but guests are welcome to smoke in the dedicated smoking areas.
• The Bays is unable to cater for animals
• We are unable to cater for children under 12 years.
